Fulai Lang
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer

As the founder of Daqing Harvest Longwall High Pressure Pipe Co. Ltd., Mr. Lang is well respected in the fiberglass industry. He has more than 20 years experience and expertise in production, operations management and sales and marketing. Mr. Lang founded Harvest through Zhutian in 2002 and has served as its Chairman since then. Mr. Lang founded Zhutian, a compound materials producer, in 1994 and has been its Chairman since then. From February 2006 to March 2006, Mr. Lang served as executive director of China Advance Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.


Kim Oishi
Senior Vice President, Financial and Business Development

Mr. Oishi has more than ten years experience in financing and advising growth companies, and has served in senior management and board positions on a number of public and private companies. His experience in Asia dates back to the early 1990s and he has a keen interest in the growth potential of China-based companies as they develop links with the North American capital markets. Mr. Oishi has served as President and Vice-President of Corporate Finance for Hanfeng Evergreen, where he was responsible for managing corporate finance and communications along with being responsible for Hanfeng's North American operations. He was appointed to Hanfeng's board as a director in March 2005 Prior to joining Hanfeng, Mr. Oishi was a self-employed consultant, and was, from August 2002 to September 2003 director of Internet Sheriff Technology Ltd., an active reporting company in Australia that develops and markets employee Internet management and email scanning technologies. Mr. Oishi has also served as Chairman and CEO of eStation Networks, Inc., a national private label Automated Teller Machine ("ATM") operator comprised of approximately 370 full-service turnkey ATM's, deployed in Canadian retail locations. Mr. Oishi has an MBA from the University of British Columbia.


Rick Yucai Huang
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Huang has extensive financial experience in the Canadian business environment. He previously held the positions of Senior Finance Manager at The Pepsi Bottling Group (Canada) and Manager of Financial Planning at Schering-Plough Canada. In both roles, he had responsibility for the development of short and long term financial plans and oversaw on-going performance management. Earlier in his career in Canada, he developed skills in financial reporting and asset and cash flow management. Mr. Huang also has in-depth knowledge of the Chinese business environment. Before coming to Canada, he held the position of market development manager with The Coca-Cola (China) Limited for six years. Mr. Huang has obtained an MBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and holds a CGA designation.
