Fulai Lang
Director, Chairman of the Board, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lang has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since December 2006. He is Founder and Chairman, since 2002, of Daqing Harvest Longwall High Pressure FRP Pipe Co. Ltd. ("Daqing Harvest"), a company organized under the laws of China. Mr. Lang is also the Founder and Chairman, since 1994, of Daqing Zhutian Compound Materials Co. Ltd. ("Zhutian"), a compound materials producer and a company organized under the laws of China. Mr. Lang served as executive director of China Advance Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from February 2004 to January 2006.
Joanne Yan

Ms. Yan has more than ten years experience in advising and managing public companies and has played a significant role in the financing and business development strategies of several North American and Chinese based companies. Ms. Yan is currently the President and a director of Red Dragon Resources Corp., a TSX Venture listed company involved in base metal and Uranium exploration in China and Canada. She is also a director of TSX listed Hanfeng Evergreen Inc., a leading developer and producer of value-added fertilizer in China, a director of New Pacific Metals Corp., a TSX Venture listed company active in resource exploration in China, a director of Zongshen PEM Power Systems Inc., a Canadian listed, China-based manufacturing company providing alternate power systems and products, including electronic vehicles, fuel cells, batteries and solar power products, a director of JYW Capital Corp., a TSX Venture listed company, and a director of Yalian Steel Corporation, a TSX Venture listed company. She was also a co-founder of Golden China Resources Corp., formerly APAC Minerals Inc. incepted in 1996, and was the Managing Director, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of this company until January 1, 2006. She is a former director and one of the founders of CPAC (Care) Holdings Ltd., a publicly traded company acquired by Chartwell Master Care LP in July 2005, and a former director of Virtual China Travel Services Co. Ltd., a NEX listed company acquired by Melco China Resorts (Holding) Limited in May 2008.
William L. Cooke
Director
Mr. Cooke was the President and Chief Executive Officer of MD Private Trust and MD Private Investment Management, and an officer of MD Management Ltd., subsidiaries of the Canadian Medical Association in Ottawa. Mr. Cooke was formerly an executive with the Royal Bank Financial Group and Royal Trust in Toronto and Vancouver. He began his career with the Saskatchewan government, serving in the Finance and Treasury Board, a crown corporation, and various program delivery departments. Mr. Cooke is currently a director and audit committee chair of Galleon Energy Inc. (a TSX listed company) in Calgary, a director of Coast Capital Savings in Vancouver, and a governor and chair of the Finance and Audit Committee of Okanagan College in Kelowna. In the past, he was a director of several MD Management companies, Magin Energy Inc (a TSX listed company), Lancet Investment Management, the Canadian Medical Foundation, and other private companies and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Cooke has completed the Partners, Directors and Officers exam, has completed the Directors Education Program of the Institute of Canadian Directors and is ICD-accredited. Mr. Cooke has an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.
William G. Paine
Director
Mr. Paine is the Managing Director of Canadian Gas Services International and the former Managing Director of Terasen International Inc., a subsidiary of Terasen Inc., a natural gas company, from 1995 to 2007. He is a director of Impax Energy Services Income Trust, an advisory board member of First Vanguard China and Pacific Rim Water Fund since 2009, and has been a director of several energy companies and joint ventures. Mr. Paine has in-depth industry knowledge in the international oil and gas and energy services sectors. He has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto.
S. Randall Smallbone

Mr. Smallbone has been Chief Financial Officer of Migao Corporation since July 2008. He is the former Executive Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of KIK Custom Products (KCP Income Fund) from October 2005 to February 2008. He is a financial executive with more than 30 years operation experience in global manufacturing of consumer goods, contract manufacturing, automotive and aerospace parts. He is a director of Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation and has had significant board of directors experience in the past 10 years. Mr. Smallbone has significant experience in financial management, capital market, acquisition and investor relations and holds a CGA designation.
